The Head Chef, Darren Knockton, joined in April 2008 and over the past five years has raised the standards to ensure that this Exeter restaurant is continuously awarded it’s Two Rosettes from the AA.
Chef Knockton takes great pride in his cooking, using only the freshest, local ingredients and ensuring that the other chefs in the kitchen work to his exacting standards.
Chef Knockton has created his own menu at the Olive Tree, combining great British fare with international influences. He continously updates the menu to take account of the seasonal variations of the local produce, but always exacts the same high standard that you would expect from a 2 Rosette restaurant.
