Locally sourced Devon produce

Our Exeter restaurant menus are created from locally sourced Devon produce. Our head chef takes great pride in ensuring that nothing but the best West Country produce finds its way into his kitchen, and only sources produce from the following suppliers:

  • Fishmonger: Fishes, Exeter
  • Butcher: J.A. Gibbons, Exeter
  • Fruit & vegetables: Chalmers, Wells
  • Dairy: West Country Dairies, Exeter
  • Free range eggs: RJ&V Gibbons, Exeter
  • Fine food ingredients: Forest Produce, Honiton
  • Dry stores: M.J. Baker, Newton Abbot

We serve breakfast from 7.30am, lunch and two delicious evening dinners, from either our a la carte menu or our taster menu, which are linked below. Please note that as we only source fresh produce, due to seasonal variations, these are subject to change:

Wine list

We also have a wonderful wine list. As we appreciate good wine with our food, we make sure that our restaurant reflects this also. The list is not yet on our website, but when you visit our restaurant we are sure you will appreciate it as much as we do.
